What game is this (baseball, nintendo, cartoon style)? I remember playing it 3 or so years ago, but don't know what its called. It had all the nintendo characters and Donkey Kong and Bowser were the two best people I think. It had like special moves, and was a lot of fun in general. What animated movie is this? (Cartoon about Bear avoiding murder at Baseball game)? I remember seeing this movie on TV when I was a kid, but I could be wrong. It was a full-length feature film; (or at the very least, a 90-120 minute TV movie) The animation style was kind of reminiscent of Don Bluth, or similar artists, and It was done in Traditional, hand-drawn animation. And I think it was from the 80s or 90s. It involved a Baseball or Football game at a Major league stadium, only all the players were waking, talking, animals and the earth was dominated by them. And they considered us humans lower life forms, and often poked fun at our "stupidity". Anyway the main focus of the movie (or a subplot of it) Involved a bear (possibly a homage to Yogi Berra, I'm not sure) who was either a player, or a fomer retired player, who was threatened to be killed or something, and as the game was going on, he was constantly trying to avoid contact with the characters who threatened him. It might have been that the whole story was told by the bear himself, who was telling it to his Grandson years after it happened. (again, not sure). There were also several pop-culture references in it, (A Budweiser commerical spoof, etc.).. I tried searching it on Google, but to no avail. This has been bothering me for a while... Is this a real movie? If so, please let me know the name, etc. EDIT: I was thinking about it, and it could have been that some other character was threatened, and the bear attacually there to protect them?

"SB" Cartoon??? There was a cartoon series I was fond of as a kid, but I forgot what was the name of it. It was about a little boy, with a friend or sister? Space cartoon from when I was a kid? When I was a kid (probably early to mid 80's) i remember this cartoon I use to watch but for the life of me i cant think of the name. I remember a couple of thing about it. 1. There was a charter in the show that was hurt in some way. I remember a part of the show where he tried to throw a baseball back to some kids and they made fun of him about it 2. there was a larger space ship in the show that held all these parts of a large robot that this hurt guy piloted. I remember the robot having horns for some reason. This is a very vague memory and there is a good chance I was mixing several cartoons together but I thought I would give it a shot. don't remember the name of this cartoon show with 2 ducks.? theres a cartoon i used to watch that, where i lived at the time aired around 2003-2006. what i remember is that the 2 main characters were ducks. i don't remember the names but i remember one wore a baseball cap and a....sky blue shirt i think. the other one wore a purple beanie that had an X on it. i thought the title had the word "Xtreme" in it but after doing some research i didn't come up with anything. this is just one of those things where you don't remember something and it bothers you until you figure out what it is, so please post if you know :)

Creative Mitosis Cartoon/Comic Assignment Ideas? I have an assignment do for Friday. It is for biology, about Mitosis (Which is reproduction in cells, when they divide) We have to draw a comic strip which clearly explains the steps of mitosis cell division, however, my teacher does not want us to draw cells. does anyone know what cartoon it is where the main character is green? and he lives on a space station with hi and there is a computer and its just an eye. there are lots of kids on there and his mum runs the space station.. it used to be on saturday disney for those in aus. um in the intro he is playing baseball and the ball breaks one of the windows.? its been annoying me for so long lol you guys who said lloyd in space :) are absolute LEGENDS. hahahah i kept saying leeroy and leonard ahaha lloyd :) you have made me very happy

Can anyone please tell me the name of the anime movie where a girl is a pitcher in an all boys baseball team? This movie which was aired on cartoon network way back (perhaps the indian cartoon network).. the anime movie was about a girl whose extraordinary pitching ability managed to get her into the boys team of a high school or was it a baseball club or whatever... forgot the name of that...... i was just a kid back when i watched it. i think the name of the anime was the same as that of the girl.. HE PLAYED ONE YEAR WITH ALLENTOWN IN 1890 AND THEN JOINED THE THEN MAJOR LEAGUE LOUISIVILLE TEAM IN 1891 FOR THREE YEARS........HIS PLAYING COVERED THE ORIOLES, DODGERS AND PHILLIES BEFORE BECOMMING PLAYER-MANAGER OF DETRIOT FROM 1907 TO 1920 , WINNING THREE PENNANTS... 17 month old girl beating to death with baseball bat by 12 year old boy? He said she interrupted his cartoons because she was crying. Do you think he should go to jail for life? They are contemplating if he should get a life sentence. I personally don't know what to say. this all so depressing? Ok im sorry for not adding more details. the 12 year old boy was babysittinf a 17 month old child and a 10 year old girl. he was home alone with them. he is actually the one who called the police and admit to killing the little girl. Current State of Japanese Prime Time Television? I spent close to a month in an Army hospital ward in Camp Oji, near Tokyo, back in 1969, and wound up watching quite a bit of Japanese television. At that time, I was struck by how much prime time programing was taken up by baseball games and cartoons. I don't have any continuing interest in Japanese baseball, but I'm hoping someone who has recently visited Japan can tell me if cartoons/anime are still nearly ubiquitous to prime time Japanese television. If so, what genres are the most common now? Back in 1969 the two most common genres for cartoons seemed to be historical dramas and science-fiction.

I thought Harvey Haddix of Pirates circa 1956 pitched 12 perfect innings, only to lose in 13, no? More as follow-up to ? abt losing a no-hitter. I recall collecting baseball cards in early 60's and Haddix was still active then, and a cartoon on the back of the Topps Card chronicled his loss as one of baseball's ironies. I don't recall exactly the year, but pretty sure it was well before Maz's miracle HR.

Is the yahoo image racist? Is yahoo being racist by having a stereotype cartoon image of a black boy in a baseball hat and sports clothes, while the white girl isn't dressed like that? What's wrong with an image of a black male in as suit or without sports clothes on? I'm not black but it even made me think it looks steretypical.
