What happened to the other companies that used to make fitted pro baseball caps/hats? On eBay and various baseball memorabilia sites I learned that other MLB pro cap/hat companies used to exist besides New Era, such as Roman Pro, Sports Specialties, and Tim McAuliffe/KM Pro.
