Does anyone know how to find a buyer for rare baseball memorabilia? I'm helpipng someone find a buyer who has a one of a kind baseball contract from 1922 signed by Babe Ruth. It has been DNA tested. He would prefer a Japanese buyer because he hears that there are a lot of baseball collectors in Japan. He asked me to help him find one and I don't really know where to look. Does anyone have any advice?
How do i go about getting my baseball memorabilia autographed? Im am a huge yankees fan, but i live a busy life and its not easy to make it to games. I have a good amount of pictures and cards of some of my favorite yankees and am wondering how to go about getting them signed. Ive researched signings, but they are few and far between, usually retired players or up and coming ones. Any input would be appreciated.
How can I find baseball memorabilia collectors or auction houses in Japan? I'm helping someone to find a buyer in Japan for a 1922 amendment to Babe Ruth's Yankee Contract signed by Babe Ruth. After Babe Ruth started drinking too much and womanizing and showing up too late to practice the owners amended his contract to say that if he didn't behave better he would be kicked off the team. The man who is in possesion of this unique contract asked me to help him find a buyer in Japan. He's opposed to selling it on Ebay or in the U.S. and he's very specific that he wants to sell it in Japan. Please help. He's going to give me a lot of money if I help him find a buyer because it could be worth upward of 250,000 dollars.

how can I display my baseball program books? I collect baseball memorabilia for my own personal use and have a collection of programs from different parks I have visited that I would like to display. Does anyone have any ideas of a way this can be done without taking up individual wall space for each individual book?
What kind of sports memorabilia do you collect? I have collected Derek Jeter (Yankee's SS) baseball cards since 1996 (took a few years off from like 01-03) and I now have about 475 different cards including autograph cards and used memorabilia cards. My favorite cards are a Derek Jeter/Alex Rodriguez used bat card, and a card with a piece of a ticket from a world series game.
Please give me tips on the value of the baseball card market? I have lots of baseball cards from the late 1980s and early 1990s, which is about the time when that market crashed. Are there any forecasters out there who are predicting that the baseball card market will see an upsurge? Is it worthwhile to sell my cards now and just put whatever money I get into a CD at 5%, or should I hold onto them (is it likely that their value will increase by more than 5% per year over the next X number of years)? I know it's hard to predict, but there are experts who predict the growth of the stock market, oil prices, etc., is there anyone out there studying the sports memorabilia market?
What happens to the value of the first ball that broke the home run record if Barry Bonds keeps hittin homers? Does the value of the ball decrease? Is it the first ball that breaks the record that is the most valuable or is it the most homers record ball that is worth the most? What happens if a foreigner were to catch the ball? Is he liable for the taxes of being in possesion of the valuable baseball memorabilia and how would the IRS collect? so it seems that the first ball would go down in price if barry bonds keeps hittin homers. what happens if he hits another 10 homeruns or so and the first ball drops in value and nobody wants to buy it, or fans dont consider it that big of a deal. would the penalty taxes be recalculated accordingly? would the taxes be eliminated if the seller is unable to sell the ball?
What is a cut signature and an auto signature? I'm looking up signed/autographed baseball memorabilia on ebay, and I keep reading about "cut" signatures and "auto" signatures. What is the difference and how can you tell if it's an original autograph or "stamped"? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
how do i get my autograph to be certified as authentic? hey all, i actually got a basketball autograph on my NBA Championship DVD from Rajon Rondo on the Boston Celtics. but i think baseball fans know more about dealing with memorabilia, autographs, etc. i just have a question: do i need a certificate that proves it is real? where and how do i get it? i'm not going to sell my autograph, but i want a certificate of authenticity anyways. thanks a lot and i appreciate your help.
Ladies: Is this a good set up for a Victorian studio apartment? A couch, a bookcase with books and sports memorabilia, like a museum, an Austrailian pine tree painting, a Norman Rockwell painting of a baseball game, a painting called "Dockside Cafe", a pub table, a cabinet and a rug. Do they match? By the way,. the walls are cream colored and the furniture is cherry walnut, and curtains are burgundy. What color should my pillows be?
Sports Memorabilia? I do I find out how much some sports memorabilia is worth. I have some old baseball cards and some autograph pictures that I would like to get rid of.
Gift ideas for my boyfriends 19th birthday? I'm 17 and my boyfriend is turning 19 on Saturday, the 6th. We've been together for 3 years. He's really into baseball and since we've been together all I've ever gotten him is autographed baseball memorabilia and I'm getting really bored with that. It will be too cold to do anything outside. He already got a lot of electronics, cds and movies for Christmas. I already got him some more autographs and I'm going to bring him breakfast, but I need more ideas. I don't want anything sexual, or the "love coupons" things. Anything else?? He already got all the video game consoles/games he wanted for Christmas.

Autographed photos, jersies, baseballs, etc,,,, I know there used to be a store near the Copley Place Mall called Field of Dreams, but it hasn't been there for 2 years. Where could I buy new packs of baseball cards? I know this sounds dumb, but my son wants some -- and I don't know where to look! I could probably find something online, but I was really thinking of some store I could just walk into. (No, there are no sports memorabilia shops in our small town. There are some sporting goods stores within driving distance. Didn't kids used to be able to buy these at the drugstore?) My local Walmart doesn't have them. I checked with the manager.
Authentication of Sports Memorabilia? How do i validate the authenticity of sports memorabilia if I am unable to locate the business the coa is issued from? I purchased an autographed baseball bat for my boyfriend on ebay. The coa has the companies information on it, but I cannot locate them online to validate their reputation.
How can I sell my baseball cards? I have around 1250 ten-cent cards in a shoebox that I'm looking to sell someone to on the internet for $50. I have some memorabilia cards that go up to $15 and 118 Donruss Diamond Kings that I would sell for $20 total. I also have a few promo cards I received when I was in the Yankees fan club. Besides eBay and craigslist, does anyone want to buy them or know where I can sell them?
home shopping network baseball card sellers? What are the names of those two guys with the mustaches that used to sell baseball cards and sports memorabilia on TV? I think they were on the Home Shopping Network, or similar channel.
