Are there any baseball memorabilia shops next to Yankee Stadium?

What are the best known ones? Have most or all of them closed due to old Stadium closing down, or have they already relocated next to the new stadium? I have a new book on the 1978 Yankees comeback out and want to try to sell to these stores.
