Baseball Memorabilia: What do you think a Ralph Kiner - Home Run King pennant would be worth?
I just saw the article about the lady who sold the Cincinnati Reds card - I know what I have is not as old, but I can't seem to find a mention of it anywhere on the internet. My Dad bought it for my Mom at the old Forbes Field, on one of their dates . . . I believe in 1950 or 51. It's made of felt, and is in excellent condition. Just curious if anyone knows how I could go about finding its value. * * * YOU ARE THE FIRST TO RECOGNIZE THE KEEPER OF THE FORGE! * * * I don't think that means anything, but Finally! . . . Someone knew it!

- if its old it is probably worth some money maybe to a Kiner fan or something check on ebay and post it
- Probably not a lot. But you're asking a group made up of mostly illiterate 14 year olds, no one here can answer. You're going to get a few bad guesses passed of as answers, none which will be true. You need to find an expert and generally old pennants to do not retain a lot of value. BTW, I love your Talos avatar.
- Does it look like this: https://www.mearsonline.com/images/forsale/Pennant%20Ralph%20Kiner%20Pirates%20jun%209.jpg It was made in 1948 to commemorate the 51 homers he hit in 1947. Depending on the condition it could be worth a few hundred dollars.
