Is there an Australian guy playing in the Baseball World Series final?

Somebody told me that an Aussie guy was playing. Who is he? Funny, he's probably well known in the USA and nobobdy in Australia would know who he is? What's the story?

1. Yes his name Grant Balfour he is from Sydney Australia. Grant is a relief pitcher for the Tampa Bay rays. He has played for the Twins Brewers and Rays. Owns Chicago White Sox hitters

4. Grant Balfour :) I found that out about 4 weeks ago! lol its funny i saw an interview and i heard his accent or him talking for the first time and i was like.. "... he's australian?!?!?!"
5. I remember when Grant stepped onto the field as a Brewers pitcher for a flash in time last season. People were excited for the Australian (I was at his first game pitching for the Crew). Then poof he was gone. I forgot about him until the World Series.
