What is the name of this anime cartoon series?

So i remember a while ago watching this on Adult Swim, it's an anime cartoon based in tokyo. A character i remember from it was a kid with a crooked golden baseball bat that would murder people, and the main character was a boy with a crazy slutty sister i think haha and he rode around on a mopehead and controlled this big ass robot? I only saw the show once but i remember it being really entertaining so i'd like to know what it was. Thanks! Paranoia Agent!
