What are the most popular and successful Minor League Baseball fan promotions?

I am looking for promotional ideas to use in minor league baseball for the Daytona Cubs baseball team in the Florida State League. Ideas can come from any part of the country not just in florida where we are located. Thank You.

1. Baseball America called it the best promotion in Minor League Baseball--Smash for Cash. It's a promotion during San Jose Giants (affiliated with SF Giants) games. Two fans are paired with a player. An old truck is driven onto the sidelines. Each player is given two tries to smash a headlight with the baseball. If one does, the player and the fan each win $25. 2. Cant ever go wrong with bobble heads of current major leaguers in the minor league uniform. Also, fire works, and finally, nice give away beer glasses from some brewery.
